Policies and
Procedures for being listed – June 2011
Purpose
of our Negocios/Business Connexions Pages:
To provide information, promote, sell, and connect
businesses of our Association Members and supporters.
Fees for
Business listing:
-
Free for Association members with current $20 membership fee
-
$50 for all others
Listings
are charged per business for a period of 12 months.
Steps
to have your business listed:
1.
Send us your business card (by email or by mail.)
2.
Indicate your business category. Companies will be listed
alphabetically by category. See our "Who
we are" page for category samples.
3. All
Information must be ready to be posted in English or Spanish. No
editing or translation will be done. A maximum of 5 lines of
space will be display per listing. See the example below. No
refunds will be given, after information is posted.

2 lines of information about your business or
service.
Contact information: (Phone, Fax #'s, email
address / website link)

(Note,
the company name can be used to link to a business card image or
company website.. Card sizes will be limited to 500 pixels wide
by up to 300 pixels high.)
Payment
for Listing or Membership: Send
a check to "La Sociedad Cultural Dominicana" %
Membership, P.O. Box 140645, Dallas, TX 75214.
Include
the information you want to be listed on the website in a clear
manner. Business cards can be scanned but the image will be
'standardized' for consistency. Business logos should be emailed
in jpg or gif file formats.

to get a membership application (click

You can include payment for both your
membership and each business link web listing you are
requesting. Your business listing must be renewed in advance to
continue the posting on the website.
Legal
Limitations:
The Association reserves the right to refuse any business that
do not support the mission of the La Sociedad Cultural
Dominicana, DFW and we will remove any listing deemed to not be
appropriate for our website or for any reason at all. We will
not recommend any specific company nor guarantee any
satisfaction for any business listed.
