Membership Application Everyone is welcomed to be a member. Our organization is run by volunteers. We encourage members to help us by signing up for one of the committees. (La cuota de membresía anual solo de $20.00/Familia) Our annual membership is only $20 per family. Please print the application and send it along with the payment to the address below. You can also fill out the application online; all you need to do is to type the information and then press print on your browser and mail the filled application along with your payment.
You will receive information about the Association's activities by email and by postal mail. We won't release your addresses without your permission. They will be used exclusively to send information about our organization's activities. Make checks payable to: La Sociedad Cultural Dominicana,DFW
